Thanks for using HugeTb! Our goal is to keep your data safe and ensure you can connect to it whenever needed.We also want to keep your friends and teams stay coordi nated and in sync. These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of and access to our services, Mobile App and Web interface ("Services").
Your Data & Permissions
When you use our Services, you provide us with your content that may include your documents, photos, text, messages and so on ("Your Data"). Your Data is always yours, this is rest assured. These Terms don't give us any rights to Your Data except for the limited rights that enable us to offer the Services in an improved way and provide a nice user experience.
We usually need your permission to do things like hosting Your Data, backing it up and sharing it only when you ask us to. Our Services also provide you with features such as creating new storage folders, sharing, searching, image thumbnails, document previews and personalisation to help reduce time consuming tasks. To provide these and other features, HugeTb accesses, stores and collects information on Your Data. You give us permission to do those things and we ensure these are kept safe.
Your Responsibilities
Your use of our Services must comply with our objectives and limitation of use. Content in the Services has no restrictions but please don't copy, upload , download or share content unless you have the right to do so. We respect copyright content and asks users to refrain from such content if it is not owned. HugeTb may review your conduct and content for compliance with these Terms and we aren't responsible for the content people post and share using our Services.
Help us keep Your Data protected. Safeguard your password to the Services and keep your account information current. Don't share your account credentials or give others access to your account.
You may use our Services only as permitted by applicable law, including export control laws and regulations. Finally, to use our Services, you must be at least 13 years old (or older, depending upon the law in your state).
Software
Our Services can be used as long as you comply with these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software, solely to access the Services. Unless the following restrictions are prohibited by law, you agree not to reverse engineer or decompile the Services, attempt to do so or assist anyone to do so. Any reproduction of our services and components is strictly prohibited unless given in writing for an explicit permission to do so.
Our Data
The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. These Terms don't grant you any right, title or interest in the Services, others content in the Services, HugeTb trademarks, logos and other brand features. We welcome feedback but please note that we may use comments or suggestions without any obligation to you.
Copyright
We respect the intellectual property of others and ask that you do too. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement if they comply with the law, and such notices should be reported at legal@hugetb.com .We reserve the right to delete or disable content alleged to be infringing and terminate accounts of repeat infringers whenever reported or found during our periodic scans.
Paid Accounts
Billing:
You get billed when you opt for paid storage space or add features to your account (turning your account into a "Paid Account"). Your account gets billed automatically from the date you convert to a Paid Account and on each periodic renewal date until cancellation. If you're on an annual plan, we'll send you a notice email reminding you that your plan is about to be renewed within a reasonable period of time prior to the renewal date. You're responsible for all applicable taxes, and we'll charge tax when required to do so.
Refunds:
You can cancel your HugeTb account at any time. Refunds are only issued if you intimate us 14 days in advance when using our service. Users have the right to cancel their Paid Account subscriptions within 7 days of signing up or renewing a Paid Account.
Changes:
Any change in the services and fees in effect will be informed as an advance notice via a text message or email to the email address associated with your account.
Termination
Termination of services can be either on mutually agreed grounds or by choice. You're free to stop using our Services at any time by informing us through appropriate ways of communication. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services with notice to you if:
(a) When you're in breach of these Terms
(b) When you use the Services in a manner that would cause a real risk of harm or loss to us or other users, or
(c) When you use a free account or a Paid Account but haven't accessed our Services for the last 1 or 12 months respectively.You can always renew/activate your account in this case by paying nominal charges.
We'll provide you with reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with your account to remedy the activity that prompted us to contact you and give you the opportunity to export Your Data from our Services. If after such notice you fail to take the steps we ask of you, we'll terminate or suspend your access to the Services.
We won't provide notice before termination where:
(a) you're in material breach of these Terms
(b) doing so would cause us legal liability or compromise our ability to provide the Services to our other users, or
(c) we're prohibited from doing so by law.
Discontinuation of Services
We may decide to discontinue the Services in response to unforeseen circumstances beyond HugeTbss control or to comply with a legal requirement. If we do so, we'll give you reasonable prior notice so that you can export Your Data from our systems. If we discontinue the Services in this way before the end of any fixed or minimum term you have paid us for, we'll refund the portion of the fees you have pre-paid but haven't received Services for.
Resolving Disputes
We would want to address your concerns without needing a formal legal case. Before filing a claim against HugeTb, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting legal@HugeTb.in . We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email or in person. If a dispute is not resolved within 15 days of submission with us, you or HugeTb may bring a formal proceeding.
Modifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time to better reflect:
(a) changes to the law,
(b) new regulatory requirements, or
(c) improvements or enhancements made to our Services.
If you don't agree to any of the updates, you may cancel your account before they become effective. Where applicable, we'll offer you a pro rata refund based on the amounts you have prepaid for Services and your account cancellation date. By continuing to use or access the Services after the updates come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
HugeTB reserves right to amend or withdraw any interim/promotional scheme offered without any prior notice. Users will have no right to raise any objection for services that are being offered free of cost or special offer.
