Refund policy explains about how refunds are processed and/or when they are applicable

Thanks for using HugeTb! Our goal is to keep your data safe and ensure you can connect to it whenever needed.We also want to keep your friends and teams stay coordi nated and in sync. These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of and access to our services, Mobile App and Web interface ("Services").
Refunds (in case applicable)
Your account comes automatically with a 30 days money-back guarantee in case you are not happy with the services we provide, no questions asked. Use it for free for a month and decide yourself before upgrading your subscription.
We make refunds blazing fast and easy although we are confident this is a rare possibility when you use our best in class services. If you have an issue with your account, or think there's been an error in billing, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Refunds will apply as per terms and conditions while upgrading a subscription. You can raise a refund request within 7days of upgrading your account. Data retrieval on such accounts, if any will be charged extra.
We try to settle most of the cases quickly and show great transparency when it comes to your refunds. We promise you will get every possible help in making refunds easy for you. In most cases, payments for subscriptions are refundable when presented with valid documents and justifications as applicable.
If refunds are approved, then a refund process will be initiated immediately or a credit will automatically be applied to your account, based on your choice. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment, within 10-15 working days.
Delay or missed refunds (if applicable)
If the refunds are not received in promised time, you need to check the payment mode used and check your accounts again. You may have to contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is seen against your account.

Refunds on offers
If your subscription is upgraded during an offer and free of charge, there are no refunds. For a discounted subscription, you will receive refunds on a pro rata basis.
In case you didn't receive a refund within defined time and fail to inform us within 20 days of raising a refund, we don't guarantee that we will be able to assist for payment related queries outside our scope of agreement or reinitiate a second refund again. Once a refund is initiated from our end, we will share details on your registered email. We advise you to track it till it gets credited successfully to your credit card/Bank account or mode of payment used.
